I’m Morgan, and I founded Maybe It’s Magic out of a deep love for dogs and a passion for helping people build meaningful connections with their four-legged companions. Since 2015, I’ve been dedicated to the world of dog training and behavior, combining my background in social work and psychology to focus on behavior modification and learning theory to rehabilitate and train dogs.

The name Maybe It’s Magic was inspired by our dog Mavis, whose kennel name is Maybe It’s Mavis. While I had been working with dogs long before Mavis entered our lives, her incredible rehabilitation journey was the turning point that led me to create this business and commit to working with dogs full-time.

I believe in a holistic approach to dog care and training—one that considers both the biological and psychological needs of each dog. Using evidence-based practices, my goal is to provide a safe, fun, and enriching environment for every dog in our care.

In 2022, my family and I relocated to Leon, Iowa, to expand our services and continue offering exceptional care to local dogs. We’re thrilled to share our love for dogs with you and your furry family members!
